RBD Palm Olein

Palm oil is classified into different grades based on its processing and refinement levels. CP6, CP8, and CP10 refer to specific grades of palm oil, often used for different applications.

A yellowish, fatty vegetable oil that can be consumed, extracted from the flesh and kernel of oil palm fruits. Crude Palm Oil (CPO) is well known for its applications and is now extensively utilized in the production of cooking oils, margarine, and bidiesel.

Crude Palm Oil (CPO)

High Acid Crude Palm Oil (HACPO or ACPO) is another biodiesel feedstock with an FFA content of 8~15%, also used to produce biodiesel that meets international standards such as EN 14214 and ASTM D6751. Perchloric acid shows high catalytic activity for the conversion of FFA to FAME, which can also be used to treat a wide range of acidic oils and fats.

Palm Acid Oil (PAO)

Palm Acid Oil (PAO) is utilized as a distilled fatty acid for biodiesel feedstock, animal feed, and soap production, and is derived from Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME). PAO is a by-product of the chemical refining of palm oil, containing over 50% FFA and neutral oil, with 2-3% moisture content. It closely resembles palm fatty acid distillate (PFAD), but generally has a lower FFA content.

Crude Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO)

Crude Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO) is extracted from the kernel of the palm seed. It remains liquid at room temperature and has a light yellow hue, accompanied by a distinctive strong taste and aroma. The fatty acid profile, as well as the physical and chemical properties of palm kernel oil, are very similar to those of coconut oil.

Palm Kernel Shells (PKS)

Palm Kernel Shells (PKS) are the shell fragments remaining after the nuts are removed during the crushing process in palm oil mills. These shells are fibrous, brownish-yellow in color, and typically range in size from 5 mm to 40 mm. They possess a high calorific value, averaging 4000 Kcal/kg, and have low ash content.

Palm Kernel Expeller/Cake/Mea

Palm Kernel Expeller/Cake/Meal, known as bungkil inti sawit in Indonesian and tourteau de palmiste in French, is a by-product of the palm oil extraction process from palm fruit. This product is a high-quality livestock feed containing high levels of crude protein and moderate energy levels. It is completely safe to use as a supplement for most classes of livestock.
